Here is a quick way to make those amazing 'wet' Greek fries:
First you need to make oven fries using olive oil.
- Juice from one lemon (1 T)
- 1/4 cut of vinegar (red wine would be great, or malt vinegar)
Pour the sauce over the fries and add some:
- fresh chopped oregano and parsley
- a few ounces of a chopped/crumbled young tangy cheese (feta, goat, etc)
- sea salt to taste.
