Fresh Veggie Cheve Salad with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients:

Whatever ratio and quantity of the following (or others) you'd enjoy

  • Sliced tomatoes 
  • Bell peppers
  • Cucumber
  • Garbanzo beans
  • Kalamata olives
  • Sourdough bread toasted in butter
  • Cheve cheese
  • Fresh basil

Cut the ingredients into the size you desire and mix in a large bowl.  Dress with Betsy's tahini sauce and top with sea salt as needed.  

If you're not going to eat it all right away, consider adding the bread with each serving instead of mixing with all the other ingredients so it doesn't get soggy as leftovers.
