Sauteed cabbage and peas

Can't believe how good fried cabbage is!

Ingredients: 

  • About 1/2 of a cabbage, sliced thick
  • A bunch of snow peas, cut in half.

Instructions

  1. Sauté the cabbage in a large skillet, hopefully using your bacon fat from breakfast.
  2. Add the peas when the cabbage is almost completely soft and browned in spots.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
