Now that it's summer, grilling is on everyone's mind.  (Even through the winter, we often make burgers as a last-minute dinner in our cast iron pan.)

Here are some fun and tasty ways to dress up your burgers so they are a step above ordinary:

Caper Burgers – mix into your ground beef: chopped shallots, garlic, parsley, capers

Paprika Burgers – mix into your ground beef: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chopped onion

Sun Dried Tomato Burgers – mix into your ground beef: chopped shallots, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, thyme (fresh or dried), salt

Spicy Ginger Burgers – mix into your ground beef: grated fresh ginger, chopped cilantro and jalapeño

We eat ALL of these with our aioli – there are few better things to use the TC Farm eggs in.

How do you make your burgers?
