This is a great box for those of you who are eating leaner. It has 2 or 3 beef roasts wrapped in netting, ready to roast. These are the best hind-quarter roasts available.
Untrimmed brisket is finally available for those who want to smoke their own. We added a few pounds of ground beef to each package as well. You can read more about our favorite recipe for brisket here.
We wrote a little something about the tri-tip in this box in last month's newsletter. The fajita festival box contains a lot of great steaks including some cuts that we've never before had available for members.
