Update 4PM April 18th
Wow! The event sold out in just seven hours' time. Apparently that is a record for these events which is (1) awesome and (2) not awesome if you happened to not get a ticket before it sold out.
Members still interested in a farm event should set aside July 15th on their calendar for a tour date. We will have more information about that soon.

The Most Important Thing To Know

This event is limited to just 150 people and is likely to sell out within a very short period of time

Tickets

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, April 18th at 8am. Here is the link to get your tickets today.

Tickets are $75 and children under 10 are free (but must be registered).

The Plan

When I sat down with Chef Adam of Saint Dinette to brainstorm ideas, I really had no idea what to expect. I knew we had the best products in town and a great farmscape for visitors; but if I am honest, I wasn't feeling particularly creative.

I left the meeting SUPER excited for the meal... I mean, I get to eat this food too! We talked about the strengths and weaknesses of all the different proteins TC Farm raises and what we felt would fit best for the season and overall experience. It was really fun.

I won't blow the surprise, but... really... it is going to be fantastic and features our heritage breed, pasture raised pork.

The Day

July 30th from 4pm to 8:30pm

Arrive and enjoy a tour of one of my favorite TC Farm locations. We will talk about what makes our food so unique and you'll SEE why. Tattersall Distillery will have some amazing beverages and... well... I supposed already teased about the food.

From there, we will have a bonfire and a chance to relax and talk about all the important things in life.

Hope to see you there!

Kids and Cows...

You'll visit chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, sheep, cows and pigs!

Hope to see you there!
