Nothing beats free eggs!

Anyone who has been reading this blog or following us for a while already knows we like to talk about our hens. Egg laying is a naturally cyclical process. Each winter, we usually give our hens a month off. Because it is good for them. But also because hens naturally lay fewer eggs in the winter. Of course, the flip side of that is that hens in late spring are laying eggs like crazy.

For our June deliveries we're doing something a little fun... If you tell a friend about TC Farm and have them enter the coupon code via the instructions we sent you via email. They can choose a pickup site and receive a free carton of eggs with our regular June deliveries.

Of course we really want your friend or family member to pick up the eggs. We understand that you could pick up the eggs for them but we have found it is really helpful for potential future members to see how easy it is to pickup because… well… let’s face it, very few of us get our food from pickup sites like this and it can be a little scary

And besides: Those hens are laying like crazy now that that everything has greened up and those bugs are scurrying about.
