Organic Ghee from Wholy Cow.
Made in Minnesota with organic butter from the Kalona Creamery Co-op.
Ghee is great for cooking and is a more sustainable option than coconut oil. Great for anything which needs high heat cooking.
Gluten-free, wheat-free, lactose-free, casein-free, Non-GMO.
Cream and Butter
Cream:
16 ounces of heavy cream from Organic Valley.
Butter:
One pound of unsalted cultured butter from Organic Valley. Comes in 4 sticks.
