Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes into ¼ to ½ inch wide sticks.
  3. Toss sweet potatoes in olive oil and spices. Spread them out evenly on two parchment lined baking sheets.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes until browned on the bottom. Flip and cook for 10 more minutes until the other side is crisp and brown as well. Serve up hot!
