1.Prep veggies and sauce first. Chop and mince garlic, shallot, jalapeño, and green beans.
2. Combing fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl.
3.Heat a large pan over high-heat. Add in ground meat and cook, stirring frequently, until just barely cooked.
4. Set meat aside and add garlic, shallot, and jalapeño to the hot pan. Sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add green beans. Cook for 3-4 minutes or unitl green beans are slightly cooked but still crunchy.
5. Add meat and cook for another couple of minutes. Pour in sauce and simmer for 2-4 minutes. Turn off heat, stir in basil and let wilt.
6. Serve hot with rice!
