Reserving ahead of time helps us plan accordingly and make sure we have enough food for everyone. Our Chef Max makes TC Farm recipes from scratch, so having an estimate of how much he’ll need to make ahead of time is incredibly helpful! Members who pre-reserve items have priority for avaialble quantities come Thanksgiving.

Most turkeys, even those with “humanely raised” or “pasture raised” labels, are raised in crowded factory barns with thousands of turkeys.
