TC Farm: Year Round Produce
One of the great things about our produce program is that it is year round. We focus on the highest quality produce and deliver it right to our members' doors.
As a member, you get to pick and choose from the kinds of produce boxes that work best for you. Since not every household enjoys exactly the same food at the same time as everyone else, maybe you want to get our seasonal box every week and our fruit box every other week. Or maybe you want the staples box every other week and the low carb box once a month.

We make it easy to set up a schedule that fits you best. There is no year-long commitment or penalty for going on vacation. There's no minimum or "right" amount to get. But knowing in advance how much our members need lets us work with our farmers to plan out is being raised, seasons ahead.

Why Organic MattersAll of our produce is organic. TC Farm requires everything is at least transition organic but in practice most is fully certified.
Transition organic crops are crops grown 100% to the organic standards, except the land hasn't completed its three year transition period yet.
As a consumer, having that peace of mind is worth a few hundred dollars a year spread across all of the food that farm creates.

Please note that we are aiming to include a balanced share which maximizes local and heirloom produce. However, we also want to minimize food waste by ensuring the included food is usable in our busy lives! Plan on some foods from out of state, especially fruits and outside of the Minnesota growing season.

Minnesota's fruit season is fairly short; we will feature seasonal specialty fruit year round at its peak flavor, but will also include every day fruits in every package.

While you can always add a produce box to upcoming deliveries, our members who sign up for regular deliveries of produce allow us to offer produce to everyone and keep our Minnesota farmers doing what they do.
It doesn't matter whether it is weekly, every other week or once a month.
It doesn't even matter if you have to skip a few weeks. Or a few months!
Reserving your produce ahead of time allows us to raise the produce the way we do and keep getting healthy food to you and your neighbors.
