Minnesota's fruit season is fairly short; we will feature seasonal specialty fruit year round at its peak flavor, but will also include every day fruits in every package.

The sweetness of the dates balances the bitterness of the radicchio to make a super side dish that can easily be adapted to include items you already have at home. Try serving it over barley for a hearty grain salad!

A member sent us the following recipe. What a great way to use the TC Farm spinach you get in your produce boxes. And a delicious way to start the morning too!

A members' summer/fall favorite. I love this recipe, and had to share!

We love this recipe. It is very flavorful but SO quick and easy to make. Start the chicken in the morning before work (or the day before if that’s easier) and the rest can be done in about 20 minutes right before dinner.

I used to love this soup at that chain Italian joint. That is until we pretty much stopped eating refined grains or meat from a factory. I can’t wait to have some of this again, what a great idea!

We love vegetarian meals. Rice isn’t something we should eat all the time for a wide range of reasons, but there nothing like a REAL risotto with Arborio rice. Strictly speaking this dish isn’t vegetarian since a homemade broth is essential to the flavor. The broth also adds electrolytes and helps cushion the onslaught of carbs the rice throws at us. This meal takes time to do it right, but it is easy. Just get a glass of wine and have a nice conversation.

Betsy whipped this soup up tonight while we were making a different dinner. It is great to be able to make meals ahead of time that are quick and easy to pull out of the fridge or freezer!

Pho

Bet you'll wish you had some stockbones after reading this member's recipe for Pho. Quick: order some today for the February delivery.

'Why?' you might as... 'What even is celeriac' is also a reasonable question. 'How do I deep fry something?' -- also valid. We're here to answer all of your questions and more!

Nothing goes with a great burger or fries like some delicious roasted beets! These are good warm or refrigerated. You can also freeze the beets before topping and save them for a quick dish later.

Fermented beets are so tasty and good for you... filled with probiotics, they are a perfect way to capture a bit of summer. Using an InstantPot or other e-Pressure Cooker is an ideal way to cook beets.

Beets are SO good, but they also require planning ahead to roast and use in things... I love having this quick option for a great salty and sweet snack or side dish!

This is a fantastic dish full of cumin and citrus.

A hearty fall or winter salad that is sure to satisfy!

The best part about this recipe is that you can substitute almost any of the ingredients for something that you have on hand and it ALWAYS turns out!

This warming stew is perfect for chilly weather! It's a great way to use up greens that may be hanging around. Kale, collard greens, escarole, dandelion greens, you name it!

This is our favorite recipe for beef chuck roasts. We love to make up a bunch of it and freeze portions for later use.

This dish is a cross between a stew and beef with sauce. Consider adding potatoes or fried bread as a side. Don’t waste your time measuring anything with this one. I made up the amounts after the fact anyhow!
