This works great on a summer veggie/cheve salad, as a dip, with gyros, on grilled chicken, etc.
Put the first five ingredients in your immersion blender mixing bowl and puree. You can use a standard blender, but that makes a lot more dishes and doesn't work as well. Add more water to get the desired consistency - less water for a dip, more for a dressing.
