Kale Chips

Kale chips are amazing and super healthy!

Ingredients

  • Organic lacinato kale
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut stems out of the kale and use in a soup.
  3. Chop larger pieces of kale and place on a baking sheet
  4. Toss in olive oil to just coat leaves.
  5. Salt 
  6. Put in the oven until just crispy, but NOT burnt...  about 7-10 min.
  7. You may find it helps to stir them after a few minutes to ensure they crips up evenly.
