A healthy decade

Betsy and I (Jack) have spent the LAST decade learning about food and how to make healthy food a simple habit.

We'll share what we've learned starting in early January with the hopes it will help YOU get a little healthier for the NEXT decade.

Together we can save time and money while we feel better and enjoy our meals more.

Whether you rarely cook or never eat out, there will be something for you in our FIT Unchallenge 2020.

Small changes can have a big impact

What to expect

Over several weeks we will post our meal plans to start off a healthy decade. We're not following any trendy diets (paleo, keto, whole 30, plant paradox, etc). At their core most are just about eating real food anyhow -- Our goal is to make that simple, fast and sustainable.

I think there is value in aspects of these diets and we'll share our insights into where we, personally, focus. You may decide to go further and that's great -- but, nearly everyone can commit to themselves to take the simple steps we'll share with you.

Small changes can have a big impact - We can do this!

Food First

To get started:

  1. Add a package to your shopping cart below (or choose the custom option)
  2. Share the signup form with your friends where they can place a one-time order

I will be including extra recipes choices to fit a wide range of preferences --- If you are going full Keto - we'll have compliant meals, but in our house we are still eating some healthy pizza along the way!

All of our food is raised on green pasture using free choice transition or certified organic feed.No growth drugs or other shortcuts. Added ingredients for sausages are gluten free and organic. View our transparent and full list of uncompromising standards here.

Food like this is not available in any grocery store or internet delivery service we're aware of.

Better to take a single step in the right direction than to be 'perfect' and try to achieve something that isn't sustainable.

Nutrition / Fitness Training and Coaching

I recently met with Aaron (Fit Studio's founder and head coach) to discuss how we could support those looking to get healthier for the New Year.

Aaron started FIT Studio nearly two decades ago and his team has trained some of the very best professional athletes and supported the most successful newly healthy members of our community. Our views on food and cooking couldn't be more aligned.

Despite what Instagram may tell you, nobody is perfect.

If we all take just one or two steps in a healthier direction we can ensure that improvement is sustainable.
