Betsy and I (Jack) have spent the LAST decade learning about food and how to make healthy food a simple habit.
We'll share what we've learned starting in early January with the hopes it will help YOU get a little healthier for the NEXT decade.
Together we can save time and money while we feel better and enjoy our meals more.
Whether you rarely cook or never eat out, there will be something for you in our FIT Unchallenge 2020.
Over several weeks we will post our meal plans to start off a healthy decade. We're not following any trendy diets (paleo, keto, whole 30, plant paradox, etc). At their core most are just about eating real food anyhow -- Our goal is to make that simple, fast and sustainable.
I think there is value in aspects of these diets and we'll share our insights into where we, personally, focus. You may decide to go further and that's great -- but, nearly everyone can commit to themselves to take the simple steps we'll share with you.
Small changes can have a big impact - We can do this!
To get started:
I will be including extra recipes choices to fit a wide range of preferences --- If you are going full Keto - we'll have compliant meals, but in our house we are still eating some healthy pizza along the way!
If you're already a member, add the package to your cart after logging in on the portal here
All of our food is raised on green pasture using free choice transition or certified organic feed.No growth drugs or other shortcuts. Added ingredients for sausages are gluten free and organic. View our transparent and full list of uncompromising standards here.
Food like this is not available in any grocery store or internet delivery service we're aware of.
The full meal plan is a lot of food, but without all the grocery store packaging waste. It should fit into a standard freezer with some items going right into the fridge.
You'll receive approximately:
Around 47 pounds of food
The deadline for ordering the full package is January 5th, 2020.
The partial meal plan is still a lot of food, it should fit easily into a standard freezer with some items going right into the fridge.
You'll receive approximately:
Around 33 pounds of food
The deadline for ordering the partial package is January 5th, 2020.
Don't eat pork? Want extra sausages? Or maybe none at all?
You can choose which of the different packages you want and how many.
If you want other items like steaks or extra bacon - you'll need to order by December 31st(!!) and take delivery on January 15th or 16th. If you want to do both, we can do that too!
The deadline for ordering a custom package is January 5th 2020.
I recently met with Aaron (Fit Studio's founder and head coach) to discuss how we could support those looking to get healthier for the New Year.
Aaron started FIT Studio nearly two decades ago and his team has trained some of the very best professional athletes and supported the most successful newly healthy members of our community. Our views on food and cooking couldn't be more aligned.
Despite what Instagram may tell you, nobody is perfect.
If we all take just one or two steps in a healthier direction we can ensure that improvement is sustainable.
Take the FIT Unchallenge 2020 and hit the gym to create sustainable habits for the new decade and beyond!
The gym portion of FIT Unchallenge 2020 is 3 weeks of personalized nutrition, group personal training from January 6th - January 26th
Pricing is based on the Fitness Commitment you choose:

Here are examples of some of the recipes we will include in the meal plan. Every week we will include more total ideas than you can make, but that way you can choose ideas which match your kitchen skills and available time.
