Natural Valley makes cheese from milk produced by goats on southwest Wisconsin pastures on an Amish dairy co-op that started in the 1970s. The goats graze freely and are hand-milked by Amish farmers who deliver to Pasture Pride's production facilities plant in chilled milk cans, the old-fashioned way. Natural Valley's goat cheeses are different from the typical, spreadable chevre. They pride themselves on making everyday cheeses like Cheddar, Colby-Jack and Mozzarella.
