2lbs of organic, local cucumbers. Great for snacking! 

1 package of organically grown micro-greens. Selected varieties will rotate month to month and may include (Sunflower, Kale, Pea or Radish). - For the month of July, these will be sunflower micro-greens. 

1 pound of Revol Organic spring mix salad greens

Local. organic hardneck garlic. 

1 pint of local red or rainbow organic cherry tomatoes.

Each month we offer the very best of wild and wildcrafted mushrooms. We will be aiming for around 1.25-1.6 pounds total depending on the varieties included. For September, our mushroom sampler will include White Alba and Grey Oyster Mushrooms

About 3 pounds of organic carrotsMost (if not all) will have been raised by our local farmers from August to April.

2.5lbs of Organic Celery   Great for pairing with your favorite nut butter or spread for a snack. A kitchen staple for soups and stews. 

2lbs of Organic Sweet Peppers. Great for snacking! 

About 4.5 pounds of organic white or yellow potatoes. Varieties may include: Kennebec, German Butterball or Yukon Gold

4.5 ounce package of Revol Organic baby spinach and spring mix salad greensThis mix includes spring mix and baby spinach! Great for salads, sandwiches and wraps.

1 pound of either Earthbound or Salad Farm organic baby spinach greensA go-to for smoothies, salads, pizzas and more. Tender spinach leaves with a punch of nutrients

About 4.25 pounds of organic yellow or sweet onions. Locally sourced from our farmers from August to January. 

3lbs of medium to large red tomatoes, locally grown and organic. Perfect for slicing onto burgers and sandwiches! 

1.5 lbs of organic Brussels Sprouts

About 4.5 pounds of organic sweet potatoes.  Most (if not all) should be from our local farmers from late September-April.

1-3 organic Butternut or Acorn squash to equal 3lbsMost (if not all), will have been raised locally by our farmers from September-January.

Organic, locally grown baby ginger.  Great for using in stews, baking or in shakes!  Store in your freezer and grate off the amount you need. Very easy to use.
