Wherever possible we use TC Farm raised meats, organic produce and herbs and local ingredients. You'll enjoy having  homemade quality measl ready in your freezer for those nights when cooking isn't an option.

Some meals like our browned butter chicken will include more servings, but require a small amount of prep work (in that case cooking rice) - items like that where we feel it is fast/easy to make and is best when made fresh.
