Morel Mushrooms

Morel Mushrooms are a spring delicacy that have a rich, nutty flavor and a distinct honeycomb-like appearance.

These mushrooms are highly sought after and we're so happy to have a small number available to share with our members!


*Due to the limited quantity available, it's possible we may need to reschedule your order for a later week. We'll let you know if we run short on morels, but for now we're hoping to have enough to get them to every member who wants to try them!




In Season!

Ramps

Ramps, also known as wild leeks, are like scallions with the sweetness of a leek and the strong pungency you’d find in garlic. They can be eaten raw or cooked after a good rinse. You can add them to a salad or add the leaves to a sandwich. Sauté the bulbs separate or with the leaves. Add to eggs. On top of meat. In stir fry.


The leaves are better if you slice them a bit before cooking them. They are fairly resilient, not quite as tender as spinach. Pesto is another great way to use the leaves.
