Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 12oz fresh cranberries
- ½ - ¾ cup sugar (depending on how sweet you want it to be)
- 3/4 cup orange juice, 1-2 oranges
- Zest from 1 orange
Directions
- In medium pan on medium-high heat, stir cranberries, sugar and orange juice to combine.
- Cook until sugar is entirely dissolved and the cranberries begin to burst (they’ll pop open). You can mash them too. Cook for about 5-8 minutes.
- Add zest and remove from heat. Cover pan and let cool.
- Once cool, put in serving or storage bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
