July Mushrooms
July's Mushroom Sampler will include Grey Oyster and Alba Clamshell mushrooms.

Grey Oyster Mushrooms
These meaty mushrooms have a slightly firm texture and a mildly earthy flavor- Wonderful in soups, sauces, or pasta dishes. When cooked, their texture becomes softer and almost oyster-like!
Alba Clamshell Mushrooms
Alba mushrooms are distinguished by their mild shellfish flavor and retain their crunchy texture even after sautéing! We recommend a hot sauté to coax the most flavor out of this mushroom.
