Black Pearl Mushrooms
Black Pearls are a hybrid between oyster and king trumpet mushrooms. Dense and meaty, they have large edible stems similar to an oyster mushroom yet slightly softer. Black Pearls have a unique flavor and peppery aftertaste and make a great addition to soups & chilis, pastas and other dishes!
