Shiitake Mushrooms
Shiitakes have a rich umami flavor and are delicious in stir-frys, soups, and noodle dishes. Sauté them in butter, throw them straight into your favorite dish as it’s cooking, or crisp the caps up whole for a delicious snack!
King Trumpet Mushrooms
King Trumpets have a firm, meaty texture and a great range of flavor. They can be sautéed, grilled, braised, stewed, or broiled. Unlike many mushrooms, the stem has the same wonderful texture and flavor as the cap.
