We've got some tips for navigating your new TC Farm member account and managing your subscriptions & deliveries.

Your membership can be managed in your account under Subscriptions; TC Farm Membership.


TC Farm membership is a pay-what-you-can structure. We set memberships to a recommended $99 annual renewal, which helps us keep our deliveries tip-free while also providing our team members living wages, great benefits including health care and retirement benefits. Members are welcome to reduce their membership to as little as $1 per year, or, if able, there is also an opportunity to increase membership and support the ability for us to offer this discount to fellow members.

Where Can I View My Subscriptions?

Having subscriptions in place for items you will likely order on a regular basis is a HUGE help to us in planning how much food to raise and order to have available.


From the My Deliveries page, click on Subcriptions.



How Can I Update My Subscriptions?

You can adjust the frequency & quantity of your subscriptions and cancel or reactivate recurring orders from the Subscriptions page.

After clicking on Manage Subscription, you can update the following:

 

1. Delivery Date: This reflects the next scheduled arrival of the subscribed item. By updating this you can reschedule the date that a subscribed item will arrive


2. Upcoming Deliveries: This reflects the frequency of the subscribed item. Click here to update how often this item will be delivered (weekly, bi-weekly, every 4 or 8 weeks)


3. Product: Update the quantity of items for each subscription


4. To cancel a subscription, click the "cancel subscription" button at the bottom. Doing this remove the subscribed item from all pending orders and prevent future generations. 




How Can I Add New Subscriptions?

Adding new subscriptions is done from the product itself (not via the subscriptions page)


To set up a new subscription, select the subscribe option on that specific product, then adjust the frequency & quantity as you'd like before confirming. 

Where Can I See My Deliveries?

You can view your deliveries by clicking on the My Deliveries tab at the upper right corner of your account.

Upcoming Deliveries lists information for your upcoming pending deliveries. These orders can still be adjusted, rescheduled or canceled. 


Current & Past Deliveries lists information for past orders and your next upcoming order (if it's already past the change deadline). 


*Please note that the dates listed underneath Current & Past Deliveries reflect the charge date, NOT the delivery date. The delivery date is 2 days after the charge date on your usual delivery day.


How Can I Update My Deliveries?

You can update one-time orders and subscribed items from the delivery itself on the Upcoming Deliveries page. Subscription items can also be managed via the Subscriptions page, which then updates your pending deliveries accordingly.


*Make sure when canceling entire deliveries that you reschedule and/or remove both one-time orders AND subscribed items from the order.

Skipping Items:  Click Skip to remove a subscribed item from a single delivery. Skipped items will still appear in your orders but will be labeled as skipped (you can choose to unskip as well).


Rescheduling Deliveries


Click on Reschedule Items to change the delivery date for the entire order


 


Or, manage items individually: 


-Click Manage One Time to change the delivery date for a single item


-Click Remove to delete an item from the order


*For subscription items, you can click Manage Subscription to change the delivery date or click Skip to cancel to remove that item from the order.


 


Shopping for Items


1. Use the search bar to find something specific


2. Or, search the Shop dropdown by category to explore different categories of items.


1. Go to https://tc.farm/login.php to login

2. Enter your email address associated with your TC Farm account

3. Reset Password if needed (check your junk/spam folders for the automated email)

4. If you aren't able to log in, please contact us at info@tc.farm or 612-217-1770 and we're happy to help.


How to Update Your Delivery Address

To update your delivery address, click on Addresses, then Edit Shipping Address. 


*Depending on the zip code of the new address, your delivery day, deadline to adjust orders and charge date may also change. 


**If you need to change a delivery address after the cut-off date, please contact us directly at info@tc.farm or by phone at 612-217-1770. 


How to Add Delivery Notes

Having delivery notes in place is a huge help to us in making sure your deliveries go smoothly.


If you have an address with a secure entry, a home that can be tricky to find or want us to leave your food in a specific spot, please make sure to fill out your driver notes if you haven't already.



Payment can be updated under My Account, Payment Methods.


1. Click Add Payment Method to enter in a new payment method. 


2. There are also options to delete, edit or switch payment methods.


Please note that we can only deliver food that has been sucessfully paid for.
