Here about is what to expect:

• 25% savings
• Equal mix of cuts from a quarter steer
• 7 chuck roasts
• Sirloin tip roast (or extra sirloin steaks)
• 2.5 lbs of tenderloin or ribeye cap steaks
• 17lbs of other steaks (~45% ribeye/strip steaks)
• A whole brisket or equivalent stew meat
• 60lbs of ground beef
• 10lbs marrow bones
• 2.5lbs of sliced liver

How this is different than a traditional 'quarter steer' purchase:

1. You can get your food right away
   
   
2. You don't get the meat from only a single steer.
   This is a mix-match package, which is quite helpful. If you buy a quarter steer at once, it is possible that individual animal won't taste as good as others. If you happen to get a freezer full of meat from one that isn't ideal, that is a huge bummer! 
   
   
3. If you want to swap out some of the ground beef for some of our amazing beef sausages, bacon burgers or other specialty items, let us know and we can get you more variety and simply charge the difference in processing cost.
