One 11oz ribeye steak from Farmer Craig’s 100% grass-fed, rotationally grazed herd. The ribeye is the most marbled cut on the animal — rich, juicy, and forgiving on the grill or in a cast iron pan. Best cooked medium to medium-rare. Season simply with salt and pepper and let the beef do the work. Weight will range from 10–12oz.
Farmer Craig raises his cattle on real green pasture using intensive rotational grazing — moving the herd regularly so the land stays healthy and the cattle always have fresh forage.
