Ground pork is one of the most flexible things in your freezer. Use it in dumplings, meatballs, pasta sauces, stir-fries, stuffed peppers, or anywhere you'd normally reach for ground beef or turkey. It has a slightly richer flavor and fat content that makes it especially good in dishes where it carries the sauce. 2.0–2.5 lb pack.

Our pigs are raised outside on real green pasture — not a concrete slab or a barn with a window.
