Regenerative Kernza Wheat Pasta Shells - 12oz

We make our nutritious, high-fiber organic pasta shells with just two ingredients: durum wheat flour and flour from Kernza, a wheatlike perennial. Both are 100% whole grain, giving the pasta a high fiber content (25% Daily Value) and plenty of warm, nutty flavor. Bronze dies, used to cut and shape the dough, create a rough surface that allows sauces to cling, adding even more flavor. These small, ridged pasta shells make a killer mac 'n' cheese. They're great in soups and pasta salads, too.

This is the first ever Regenerative Organic Certified pasta. This certification is the world's most rigorous standard for agriculture.
