Love your CSA produce but short on time to plan meals? Our Meal Kit Upgrade takes the guesswork out of cooking with seasonal vegetables.
Each week, we'll include recipe cards and all the complementary ingredients you need - things like rice, tortillas, canned beans, fresh herbs, and our house-made sauces. Your seasonal produce box provides the vegetables, and we round out the meal with everything else.
What's Included:
- Curated recipes featuring your weekly produce
- Complementary ingredients (grains, canned goods, specialty items)
- House-made sauces and dressings prepared by our chef

What's NOT Included:
- Common pantry staples you likely have (olive oil, salt, basic spices)

If you do not have certain common staple items, you may need to purchase these for the recipe to come along with your produce box, we will let you know these items ahead of time.

After a long day, sometimes you just need dinner to be ready. Our Ready-to-Eat Meal Club features chef-prepared dishes made from scratch in our commercial kitchen - using the same organic ingredients and pasture-raised proteins we deliver to your door.
What to Expect:
- Fresh pasta salads, grain bowls, and seasonal sides
- Marinated proteins ready to heat and serve
- Comfort food favorites like meatloaf, mac & cheese, chicken dishes, and hearty soups

Fresh Flowers, Straight from Megan's Fields
Flower Farmer Megan grows all of these blooms on her farm in Buffalo, MN - no imported flowers, no long-distance shipping, just fresh-cut stems that were in the ground days before they arrive at your door.
Each week brings something new as Megan's gardens progress through the Minnesota growing season. Early summer might feature peonies and sweet peas, while late summer showcases dahlias, zinnias, and sunflowers. You'll experience the full arc of what our climate can grow - and it is stunning.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR PREPAID SEASON?
Your seasonal produce subscription is designed to transition smoothly into our year-round produce CSA deliveries - but you're always in control of your orders in your account.
Here's how it works:
After you receive your last prepaid box, your subscription automatically continues on the same schedule (weekly or bi-weekly), but switches to pay-as-you-go. This means you'll be charged for each delivery going forward instead of paying upfront.
You have two options:
- Continue your subscription - Keep receiving boxes on your current schedule (cancel anytime) Many members love year-round delivery! We prioritize local produce when available and supplement with certified organic produce from other regions during winter months.
- Cancel your subscription - Stop automatic deliveries and order only when you want. Since you already have an account, you can always place one-time orders anytime throughout the year, even without an active produce subscription.
The choice is yours - and you don't need to decide now.
We'll send you an email notification before your last prepaid box arrives, giving you time to decide what works best for your household.
Frequently Asked Questions
You don't need to be home for delivery. We deliver in insulated cooler bags with gel packs that keep everything at the right temperature throughout the day. The night before your delivery, you'll receive a text with your delivery window, and we'll text again when our driver is 15 minutes away.
For houses: We typically leave your coolers at your front door or wherever you specify in your delivery instructions.
For apartments: We can leave your delivery at your apartment door if building access allows. If your building requires a code or buzzer, just add those details to your delivery instructions in your account. Some members prefer to have their delivery left at a front desk or in a package room if that works better for your building.
After your delivery: Just remove the name sticker from your cooler, save the cooler and ice packs, and leave them out for our driver to pick up on your next delivery. We reuse them to keep our system sustainable!
The insulated coolers are designed to keep frozen items frozen and cold items cold for 6-8 hours, so you have plenty of flexibility with your schedule.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account:
- Log into your account at https://tc.farm/login.php
- Click "Deliveries" then "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select your seasonal box subscription and click "Cancel"
Can you do this automatically for me?
Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow us to pre-schedule end dates. Here's why: we want you to have flexibility to skip weeks without losing your pre-paid boxes. Since everyone skips different weeks, we can't predict exactly when your last pre-paid delivery will be - it might be right on schedule, or weeks later if you've skipped some deliveries.
We'll send you an email notification before your last prepaid box arrives, giving you time to decide what works best for your household.
You have complete flexibility:
- Continue with pay-as-you-go - Same great produce, billed per delivery, cancel anytime
- Cancel your subscription - Place one-time orders whenever you want - no subscription needed!
- Switch produce boxes - Choose from 6 different weekly options based on what's available
