Meet the TC Farm Delivery Crew

Behind the Scenes at TC Farm continues with a feature on our awesome 

delivery team!

This week, we’re proud to introduce one of the best delivery crews in the state of Minnesota! They are on the front lines of TC Farms mission to create a strong, resilient regional food system. 

They're an amazing team of people who care about the quality of their work and getting your groceries to you safely and on time. 

Our delivery team consists of Deb, Jimmy, Tim, Ryan, Brandon and Elizabeth with equally fantastic backup drivers Chad, Triston, and Jillian.

A typical delivery day starts with collating customer orders at the warehouse and packing them onto pallets in chronological order. Each driver works with a member of our operations team to combine orders from all 3 areas of our warehouse: frozen, produce/dairy, and dry grocery. This process ensures that the driver is familiar with how their route will be set up, making for a faster and smoother delivery to your door.


Once fully and securely packed, the driver loads their pallets out onto an assigned van and takes to the road!

Important Tip from Our Drivers:

To make it easier for them, you can add delivery notes to your account so they know exactly where to bring your food. This is especially helpful if you live in an apartment building. We also want to give a shoutout to Triston who works both in our warehouse and delivers occasionally. He maintains our fleet of delivery vans skillfully and that is no small feat! He performs oil changes, swaps out tires, and schedules professional maintenance when necessary. Without him, delivering your groceries would be almost impossible!

 

Although you may not see your driver regularly, when you do, say hello! Our drivers are helpful, thoughtful and hardworking and are always happy to assist you or relay questions or concerns to our operations team. 

Most importantly, our drivers embody the core values of TC Farm and we are proud to have them help us carry out our mission to create a more sustainable & equitable local food system.
