All options include a 20% discount

You choose type of chops and mix of sausages and other customizations.  Here is what to expect with our default recommendations:

• 20% savings for all options
• Equal mix of cuts from a half pasture-raised hog
• 6 shoulder roasts
• Mix of pork chops, ~10-12 packs (14lbs Bone-in loin and boneless sirloin
• 10 packs ground pork
  
  Organic seasoned sausages, ham and bacon (premium processing included)
• 10 packs of bacon (American and sugar free Euro Style)
• 3 packs bulk sausage (Italian and chorizo)
• 1 pack each of breakfast sausage patties and maple smoked links
• Specialty Brats (kielbasa, Rosemary, Smoked Classic, Bockwurst, Andouille, Grown-Up Hotdogs)
• Sliced deli meats (rustic ham & Euro-style bologna)
• ~4.5lb slow smoked ham roast 
• Pack of slow smoked organic BBQ spare ribs (warm and serve)

Choosing the boneless option remove the porterhouse and rib chops and include boneless loin chops, a tenderloin roast & baby-back ribs. 

Choosing the less sausage / more ground pork option will remove al lot the sausages and deli meats, replacing them with ground pork.  Bacon is still included unless requested otherwise via email. 

How this is different than a traditional 'half hog' purchase:

1. You can get your food right away
   
   
2. You don't get meat from only a single hog.
   This is a mix-match package, which is quite helpful. If you buy a whole hog at once, it is possible that individual animal won't taste as good as others. If you happen to get a freezer full of meat from one that isn't ideal, that is a huge bummer! 
   
   
3. You get WAY more variety on your sausage.  Custom half hogs are available from us as well, but you can only get two types of sausages if you make a full custom order. 
   
   
4. You can email us custom instructions for your sausage preference or other items you want to swap out if the built in selections are not customizable enough for you.
