At Chuao, our chocolate is handmade in small batches at our 'joy factory' in Carlsbad, California, using recipes in a kitchen, not formulas in a lab. Chef and master chocolatier Michael Antonorsi left a tech career in Venezuela to chase his love of food all the way to culinary school in Paris, and we've been crafting chocolate with joy since 2002.
