Nachos covered with chili & cheese and customized with your favorite toppings. 


What could be better! 


This recipe is easy to adjust based on what you have on hand, and you can scale it up or down depending on how many people you're serving! The recipe below serves 2-3.



Ingredients

  • 2-4 ounces tortilla chips
  • 14.5 oz prepared chili
    • Try our Grass Fed Beef Chili, Sweet Potato Quinoa Chili or your favorite prepared option!
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheese (pick your favorite)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Customize with your favorite nacho toppings:
    • Jalepenos
    • Onions (Red or White)
    • Cilantro
    • Hot sauce
    • Black Olives

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 400. On a cookie sheet, spread tortilla chips in an even layer with some overlapping


2. Spoon over chili, then top with cheese


3. Place in oven and bake for 5-15 mins, depending on how much you are making. Check frequently and bake until it reached your desired doneness.


3. Top with salsa, dollop with sour cream and add any additional toppings you'd like. 


4. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Tips: If you don't have chili, you could try Taco Meat, shredded chicken, or beans instead.
