Sweet and Savory Ham & Brie Stuffed French Toast

This is a wonderfully easy brunch recipe that will help you use up any leftover TC Farm ham roast, or make it even quicker with our TC Farm Sliced Rustic Ham!
To feed a crowd, do it up casserole-style and arrange the "sandwiches" in a rectangular pan, allowing the egg mixture to soak into the bread slices for at least 15 minutes, then bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Drench them with some maple syrup or honey and you have a brunch that will satisfy both sweet and savory food fans!

- 4 slices of thick-cut bread (such as brioche or challah)
- 4 ounces of Brie cheese, sliced
- 4 slices of ham
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
- Honey or maple syrup for serving
