Think of these as a more interesting, more flavorful version of Canadian bacon. Fully cooked boneless chops, organically seasoned and smoked — just sear them in a buttered pan to warm through and get a little color, or slice them cold and add to whatever you're making. They're exceptional in eggs, pasta, pizza, or a grain bowl. Two chops per pack.

Our pigs are raised outside on real green pasture — not a concrete slab or a barn with a window. Farmer Keith feeds them a transition and certified organic, soy-free blend of small grains like wheat, barley, and split peas, which slows their growth and produces pork that's richer, more flavorful, and noticeably different in color and quality.
